Semantics For Agents. In the W3C Semantic Web languages URI are names, logically, but some are still WWW retrieval paths as well. What is the best use of the retrieval power of the WWW within the Semantic Web? That is a question addressed here. I have started a project that involves Contexts, CommonGround, and NamedGraphs. My intention is to represent SemanticWebStatementContexts that can form the common ground between parties. Then I will publish statements in named graphs that will get their meaning from the context.
